How to make & Baked Banana-Strawberry Oatmeal

Step-1

In a bowl, whisk two eggs till you get nice foam. Then add milk and whey whisk again so there are no lumps.

Step-2

Now, fold in oats, sliced bananas, chopped dates and strawberries and mix well. Retain some banana and strawberries for topping.

Step-3

Add vanilla syrup, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and baking powder and mix all well. You may add zero calorie sweetener if you want more sweetness but it was sufficient for me.

Step-4

Grease the baking tray with butter and line it with parchment paper. Pour in the above mixture and bake it in oven for about 160°C for 15 minutes.

Step-5

Take it out after 15 minutes and top it with remaining banana slices and strawberries. Bake again until you get clean toothpick when inserted. Enjoy the aroma and taste!
