INGREDIENTS: 90 gms Paneer 5 gms oil 50 gms onions 50 gms tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt as per taste 2 tsp lemon juice Corriander few leaves METHOD: 1.Heat oil in a pan , add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste fry till onions turns transparent. 2.Add in tomatoes , fry till mushy 3.add 1/2 cup water, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala , lemon juice and boil for couple minutes 4.Switch off the flame and add paneer , give a nice stir ENJOY WITH CHAPATHI, RICE OR EAT AS IT IS
