Ingredients

  • listcheckDey yeast - 1/3 tsp
  • listcheckCheese spread - 15 g
  • listcheckPizza sauce (homemade) -30g
  • listcheckVegetables of your choice
  • listcheckCheese - 25 g
  • listcheckOil - 10 g
  • listcheckSugar - 2-3 g
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • listcheckOregano as per taste
  • listcheckChilli flakes as per taste
  • listcheckPowdered soya chunks - 17 g
  • listcheckMultigrain Flour - 33 g

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Activate the yeast using sugar and warm water.
  • Step-2
    Add flours to it and make soft dough out of it and let it rest for 40- 80 min
  • Step-3
    Grease the baking tray with butter or oil (8 g).
  • Step-4
    Roll the dough into a think chapati and place it on the baking tray
  • Step-5
    Apply cheese spread onto it. And then pizza sauce on top of it
  • Step-6
    Add (3/4) grated cheese on it and add vegetables on it
  • Step-7
    Add remaining cheese and then bake it at 200 C for 15-20 min in a preheated butter
