Ingredients : Red Carrot grated 200 gm milk 400 gm cardamom powder 1gm ghee 20 gm Stevia 30 gm Preparation : 1. Heat ghee in a deep bottom pan and add cardamom. 2. Add the grated carrot and stir fry for 5 min 3. Add milk and Stevia and bring to a boil with constant stirring in lower flame. 4. Once the halwa is a bit dry as shown in Image garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
