Ingredients Prawn-150gms Onion -50gms Tomato -25 GMs Butter -5gms Fennel seeds -1/4 tsp Curry leaves-1/4 cup Garlic -2 pods Turmeric powder -1/4tsp Chilly powder -1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Method: Marigante prawns with 1/4tsp chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt ( can use immediately but I marignate and keep in fridge for overnight) In a non stick pan add the Marignated prawns without any oil, the water from the prawns will ooze out, once all the water is evaporated, take out the prawns in a bowl, add 5gms oil to pan, add fennel , finely chopped onions, garlic, tomato, 1/4tsp chilly powder, salt and curry leaves.. once it is done cooking add the half cooked prawns and give a mix and leave for 5 mins in low flame and the curry leaves prawn fry is done.
