Ingredients

  • listcheck85 g Sea Bass Fillet
  • listcheck100 g Spinach leaves
  • listcheck20 g Mushroom halves
  • listcheck60 g Potato
  • listcheck8 g Olive oil
  • listcheck2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • listcheckDry Spices ( pepper, Chilly, Rosemary)

  • Method

  • Step-1
    Slice the potatoes in rounds. Spread on a lined baking tray. Brush it with some oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper. Bake at 150 for 12 mins.
  • Step-2
    In a non stick pan add rest of the oil and pan fry fish fillet by rubbing in some pepper, salt. First the skin side for 5 mins and then the other side for a min on low flame. Take out in a serving plate and pour lemon juice over it.
  • Step-3
    In the same pan add in mushroom and saute till it leaves water. Add in spinach leaves and let it reduce. Now add in 1/4 tsp chilly powder & salt. Once the water evaporates its ready to serve.
