Step-1Slice the potatoes in rounds. Spread on a lined baking tray. Brush it with some oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, pepper. Bake at 150 for 12 mins.
Step-2In a non stick pan add rest of the oil and pan fry fish fillet by rubbing in some pepper, salt. First the skin side for 5 mins and then the other side for a min on low flame. Take out in a serving plate and pour lemon juice over it.
Step-3In the same pan add in mushroom and saute till it leaves water. Add in spinach leaves and let it reduce. Now add in 1/4 tsp chilly powder & salt. Once the water evaporates its ready to serve.
