Chana chilli for today... Ingredients 50 gms kabuli chana 1/2 onion 10 gms ghee 1/2 capsicum 1/8 cup shredded cabbage 2 cloves garlic minced 1/8 tsp grated ginger (optional) 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp red chilli sauce Few drops of lemon Black pepper powder to taste Salt to taste Method: 1.Wash,soak and boil kabuli chana till 5-6 whistles ,sieve its water and set aside. 2.Cut onion and capsicum in julliens. 3.In a wok heat up add, add ginger , garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4.Now add capsicum and cook on high, add onions and cabbage and cook stirrimg continously. 5.Make sure veggies are not overcooked, it shud remain crunchy. 6.To this add all the sauces,lemon juice, salt to taste,pepper powder and give a quick mix 7.cover it on low for half minute.Garnish with spring onion greens.. Serve hot. P.s.can add schezwan sauce in place of soya and chilli sauce.
