INGREDIENTS: 1/2 capsicum chopped in cubes 1/2 carrot peeled and chopped 1/2 Onion chopped 1/2 tomato desseded and chopped 4-5 Cauliflower Florets 1/4 bowl cabbage shredded (optional) handful of coriander leaves Chopped 1/4 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds a pinch of Hing 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 -1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 -1/2 tsp corinder powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1/8 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp amchur powder 1/4 tsp ginger - green chilli paste salt to taste 10-15 gms ghee 2 tsp amul fresh cream (optional) METHOD: 1.In a bowl take all capsicum,cauliflower, cabbage,carrots and wash them properly. 2.Take a steamer and steam cabbage, carrots in it for 10 minutes. 3.In another pan , heat ghee to this add hing, mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, coriander powder, Turmeric, red chilli powder. 4.Now add onions to it and saute for a minute. 5.To this add capsicum and chopped tomatoes and cook covered for 5-8 minutes till done. 6.Take out steamed veggies from steamer and let them cool a bit, now add them to onion mixture and give a good mix. 7.Now add garam masala,amchur, both the salt to it.Add cream at this stage, cook for a minute and switch off the gas. 8.Sprinkle handful of corinder leaves to it and serve it
