Recipe: Add 5gm of butter on tawa let it heat for few seconds add turmeric powder, salt , coriander powder and chilli powder wait for 30seconds. Cut boiled eggs into half and place them on tawa. Cook it for 2 mins on medium flame on both side. Add finely chopped coriander and onion on top of it and enjoy.
