Sukha/Dry SoYA Bhel
Good Evening Healthy People, Dry/Sukha SoYA Bhel... I have made a dry SoYA bhel becuase wanted carry in the tiffing box.. If you want to consume immediately you can make wet bhel too by adding green chutney, tamarind chutney (add Stevia in place of jaggery) and puffed rice(macros are close for rice and puffed rice).. And few dry roasted peanuts, air fried SoYA sev etc... Or anything that you can accommodate in your macros... Ingredients : 20gm SoYA chunks 10gm Onion 20gm tomato Salt Lemon Chat masala Red chilly powder or green chillies finely chopped Coriander SoYA 69cal P:10 F:0 C:6 Tomato 3 Cal p:0 F:0 C:0 Onion 3 Cal p:0 F:0 C:0 Method : Boil SoYA chunks for 3-4 minutes and let it sit in the same hot water for another 3-4 minutes.. Wash thoroughly under running tap... Squeeze out water.. Now place oil in a pan or you can dry roast on the slow flame until you see golden brown colour... Turn off the flame.. Add onion, tomato, green chilies, chat masala, salt, lemon, coriander and mix well.. Garnish with coriander... Voila, 😋 tangy bhel is ready.. Enjoy, stay Happy and Healthy...
