I realised I couldn’t eat chicken breast unless it was minced .

Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken breast 150 gm
  • listcheckPaneer 50 gm
  • listcheckPudina 7-8 leaves
  • listcheckGaram masala 1/2 tsp
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckRed chili
  • listcheckGarlic 3-4 cloves
  • listcheckGreen chili 1
  • listcheckDhaniya fresh - 2 -3 sprigs
  • listcheckChaat masala
  • listcheckNimbu
  • listcheckOil 5 gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Grind( mince) the chicken, garlic , Pudina, dhaniya, green chili and paneer. Add salt , garland masala, chat masala, make flattish kebab or make seekh kebab by putting on a skewer and pan fry. Serve with onions n lemon. I made this with 5 gm of oil on a nonstick pan.
