How to make & Chocolate Mousse
Steam the cauliflower florets for 12- 15 mins. Not more than that.
Once done. Blend the steamed florets along with the rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste.
Add in additional sweetner if needed. For me the sweetness from whey powder was more than enough. Alternatively you can also add in half banana for some sweetness.
Now pour this mixture into individual bowls and let is chill in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
When ready top it with your choice of toppings. Here I have topped with a dollop of greek yoghurt, raspberries, oranges, chopped pistachios.
