Quick easy dessert for those cravings. Not one soul can guess it contains cauliflower as a base. Best way to get in some veggies. The ingredients mentioned made 4 portions. So each cup along with the toppings comes down to around 100 cal - 11 g protein.

Ingredients

  • listcheck200 g Cauliflower Florets
  • listcheck1 scoop of Vanilla whey ~ 30 gm
  • listcheck30 g Cocoa Powder
  • listcheck125 ml Whole Milk
  • listcheckSweetner (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Steam the cauliflower florets for 12- 15 mins. Not more than that.
  • Step-2
    Once done. Blend the steamed florets along with the rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste.
  • Step-3
    Add in additional sweetner if needed. For me the sweetness from whey powder was more than enough. Alternatively you can also add in half banana for some sweetness.
  • Step-4
    Now pour this mixture into individual bowls and let is chill in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
  • Step-5
    When ready top it with your choice of toppings. Here I have topped with a dollop of greek yoghurt, raspberries, oranges, chopped pistachios.
