How to make & Chicken Cabbage Soup

Step-1

Place a non stick pan/cooker on low flame and add in oil once hot. Saute the diced chicken pieces along with some salt & pepper. Once done take it out in a plate.

Step-2

Now in the same pan/cooker add in whole spices, chopped spring onion whites, ginger, cabbage and saute well for 4-5 mins till the raw smell of cabbage is gone.

Step-3

Now add in 450 ml of water and the knorr cube. Add some additional salt if needed. Now close a lid and cook for 1-2 whistles.

Step-4

Once done switch off the flame. Let the steam escape and then open the lid add in the pre cooked chicken slices.

Step-5

Serve the soup hot into individual bowls. Granish with some chopped corriander, extra pepper, chilly flakes & a dash of lemon juice.
