How to make & Strawberry and whey Panna cotta

Step-1

Measure 200 ml milk Separate 25 ml milk in two bowls ( total 50 ml )

Step-2

Keep remaining 150 ml milk for boiling

Step-3

In first 25 ml milk dissolve 11 g agar agar powder and keep aside

Step-4

When the milk is about to boil switch of gas and mix agar agar mixture

Step-5

Keep stirring continuesly ,then Let it cool

Step-6

Grind strawberries Add stevia to balance the sourness of the strawberry purée

Step-7

When milk and agar mixture comes to room temperature , Divide it in two parts (*do not add whey or strawberry purée to hot / warm milk )

Step-8

In one part add whey slurry

Step-9

Pour it in two glasses ( it should not be more than half the glass)

Step-10

Keep the glass tilted in one bowl and refrigerate it until it sets

Step-11

Mix strawberry purée in other part of milk agar mixture

Step-12

After white part sets properly,add chopped strawberry and pour strawberry agar mixture

Step-13

Now refrigerate straight Serve chilled !!! Enjoy !!! It tastes really yummy!! Happy Valentine’s Day all !!
