Channa masala with few basic ingredients for spicy tooth😉
sprouted channa 120 gm
medium size onion 80-100 gm (chopped)
Green chillies 2 (chopped)
1/2 lemon (squeezed)
In a heated pan with the oil add ginger -garlic paste, after few minutes add stir fry onion till is soft for 5 minutes, add channa to it and add all spices.
Saute it for another 15 minutes on medium and high flame.
When is done add squizzed lemon juice to it .
