How to make & Soya flaxseed chapati

Step-1

take all the ingredients.mix well and start kneading a dough with Luke warm water . Make sure that the dough is not too thick nor too thin. Keep it aside for 5 mts resting then on medium heated nonstick pan apply some ghee and directly place the dough . Keep your fingers wet and start flatten the same till you get the right size , please keep in mind not to make it to thin ass it suppose to be lil thick then usual wheat chapati. Cook it from both the sides in pan itself apply ghee and enjoy it with your favorite city:)

you can make it as per your macros just be sure to add half of the wheat flour at least whatever your soya flour ratio.
