Ingredients

  • listcheckRice 50 gms
  • listcheckFish 200 gms
  • listcheckButter 5 gms
  • listcheckVeggies 100 gms
  • listcheckSchezwan Sauce 1 tbsp
  • listcheckSoy Sauce 1 tsp
  • listcheckGarlic 3 cloves
  • listcheckDry red chilli 2 strands
  • listcheckStar Anise 2 stars
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Add rice in the saucepan with water and salt
  • Step-2
    Bring this to boil over medium high heat
  • Step-3
    reduce the heat and simmer
  • Step-4
    Check if rice is tender and has absorbed all water
  • Step-5
    Remove from heat and let it stand covered
  • Step-6
    Rice is ready to be served

    Marinate fish with lemon juice and salt keep it aside for 10 mins

    heat the wok with some butter , garlic , dry red chilli star anise
  • Step-9
    Add Schezwan sauce , soy sauce and let it simmer
  • Step-10
    Add fish and Saute till brown
  • Step-11
    Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water
  • Step-12
    Let it cook for couple of mins
  • Step-13
    Adjust consistency if required

    Fish is ready to be served
