Ingredients

  • listcheck25 g Soya chunks (mini)
  • listcheck30g Basmati rice
  • listcheck10g Ghee
  • listcheck1bowl mixed vegetables( finely chopped)
  • listcheck1tsp pav bhaji masala
  • listcheck1 onion (finely chopped)
  • listcheckSome spring onion to garnish
  • listcheckSalt to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Take some water in a pan, add some salt and bring it to a boil. Add soya chunks and soak it for 5 mins. After 5 mins drain the water and keep soya chunks aside.
  • Step-2
    In a pan add ghee and saute finely chopped onion. Add mixed vegetables and salt. Cover the lead and let it cook for 5 mins.
  • Step-3
    Once the veggies get soft add boiled soya chunks and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, stir it well.
  • Step-4
    Add boiled basmati rice, mix everything well. Cover the lead and cook it for 2 mins.
  • Step-5
    Sprinkle chopped spring onion and it's done.
