Step-1Firstly blanch the palak leaves in a pan for 5 mins. Then drain the water and add it in a mixer jar. Add 1 green chili in it. Add the milk and make a fine paste.
In a small cooker add ghee. Once its hot add cumin seeds. After it splutters add soaked rice and moong dal. Add salt and then add water as required. Cook for 4 whistles.
Once the cooker cools down open the lid and add the palak paste to the dal rice mixture. Add salt if needed and add diced paneer. Mix everything well.
Serve it with some grated cheese if your macros permit.
