How to make & Indian Street-Style Chowmein

Step-1

In a large vessel take water and bring it to boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until it’s cook then drain the water and put it under running cold water and keep aside

Step-2

In a wok heat butter and put couple of whole red chili and sauté it. Now add onion, green chili and garlic and sauté then for 3 to 4 mins, now add cabbage and further sauté it for another 4 to 5 mins. Now add mixed veggies and cook it for few minutes then add salt, red chili powder nicely mix everything together and add ACV. Once veggies are cooked add the spaghettis and mix it nicely.

Step-3

In a plate put ChowMein and garnish with boiled egg and homemade chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
