Ingredients

  • listcheck100gm cauliflower florets
  • listcheck50gm paneer cubes
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheck1/2 Black pepper powder
  • listcheck1/2 Cumin powder
  • listcheck2 TSP Lemon juice
  • listcheck10ml Olive oil
  • listcheck1/2 TSP Lemon zest
  • listcheck4-5 Black olives
  • listcheck1 Medium onion(sliced)
  • listcheck1 Medium tomato(sliced)
  • listcheckchopped coriander leaves
  • listcheck4-5 Arugula Leaves or Basil leaves (optional)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Preheat the Airfryer to temp 200c for 4 mins.
  • Step-2
    Arrange the cauliflower florets in fryer pan for 5 mins on 180c.
  • Step-3
    For salad dressing take a mixing bowl add lemon juice,olive oil,lemon zest ,salt,cumin powder and black pepper powder.combined well and keep aside.
  • Step-4
    In a another bowl add roasted cauli florets,onions, tomato,olives, coriander leaves,Arugula Leaves,paneer cubes and salad dressing.Mix all ingredients well.
