Step-1knead wheat flour with the help of water and add chopped methi leaves and some salt along with it
Step-2crumble paneer, and mix all remaining ingredients
Step-3roll the kneaded flour with a rolling pin, and stuff it with the paneer mixture . seal it properly and again roll it thin.
Step-4put it on hot tawa and roast for 2 minutes on low flame , flip it and apply half of ghee/oil on it evenly., again flip it and put rest of the ghee/oil on it . cook till it turns golden brown and crisp.
Step-5serve hot with raita or any curry
