Ingredients

  • listcheck30 gm wheat flour
  • listcheck50 gm paneer
  • listcheck50 gm chopped methi leaves
  • listcheckcarrom seeds , green chillies, red chilli powder , garam masala , salt , kasoori methi , amchur
  • listcheck20 ml water
  • listcheck10 gm oil/ ghee
  • Method

  • Step-1
    knead wheat flour with the help of water and add chopped methi leaves and some salt along with it
  • Step-2
    crumble paneer, and mix all remaining ingredients
  • Step-3
    roll the kneaded flour with a rolling pin, and stuff it with the paneer mixture . seal it properly and again roll it thin.
  • Step-4
    put it on hot tawa and roast for 2 minutes on low flame , flip it and apply half of ghee/oil on it evenly., again flip it and put rest of the ghee/oil on it . cook till it turns golden brown and crisp.
  • Step-5
    serve hot with raita or any curry
