How to make & paneer parantha
knead wheat flour with the help of water and add chopped methi leaves and some salt along with it
crumble paneer, and mix all remaining ingredients
roll the kneaded flour with a rolling pin, and stuff it with the paneer mixture . seal it properly and again roll it thin.
put it on hot tawa and roast for 2 minutes on low flame , flip it and apply half of ghee/oil on it evenly., again flip it and put rest of the ghee/oil on it . cook till it turns golden brown and crisp.
serve hot with raita or any curry
