#Leftovers #nocook #recipe I had a huge batch of leftover chicken from a gettogether. Was in no mood to consume it on its own. Made this salad with it. One can always replace chicken with a protein source of their convenience. Adjust the macros accordingly.

Ingredients

  • listcheck100 gm Raw Papaya shredded
  • listcheck80 gm Carrots shredded
  • listcheck30 gm Tomatoes chopped
  • listcheck10 gm Roasted Peanuts
  • listcheck100 gm Tandoori Chicken chunks
  • listcheck1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • listcheck1 tsp chilly Sauce
  • listcheck15 gm Spring onion greens chopped
  • listcheck2 tsp Lemon juice
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Mix in the vegetables in a mixing bowl. Add in the roasted nuts and chicken give a good mix.
  • Step-2
    Add in the sauces and lemon juice. Add additional seasoning if needed. Mix well. If too dry for you add in either a tsp of vinegar / olive oil. Dont forget to include macros for this.

    Serve and enjoy.
