How to make & Raw papaya salad

Step-1

Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds.

Step-2

Once it splutters add green chilli and urad dal.

Step-3

Add hing and curry leaves

Step-4

Add the raw papaya

Step-5

Add salt and lemon juice

Step-6

Cook Covered for 2 minutes

Step-7

The salad is ready
