  • listcheck1tsp oil/ghee for tempering
  • listcheck1 green chilli finely chopped
  • listcheckFew Curry leaves
  • listcheck1tsp urad dal/chana dal
  • listcheckLemon juice as per taste
  • listcheckSalt as per taste
  • listcheckMustard seeds and hing for tempering
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds.
  • Step-2
    Once it splutters add green chilli and urad dal.
  • Step-3
    Add hing and curry leaves
  • Step-4
    Add the raw papaya
  • Step-5
    Add salt and lemon juice
  • Step-6
    Cook Covered for 2 minutes
  • Step-7
    The salad is ready
