Peas Palak topped with homemade butter

Ingredients

  • listcheckspinach 200 grams
  • listcheckgreen peas 50 grams
  • listcheckhome made butter 10 grams (unsalted)
  • listcheck1tsp chilli powder
  • listcheck1tsp garlic-ginger paste
  • listcheck1tsp black pepper powder
  • listchecksalt as per taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Step 1 Take wok and add blanced spinach on medium flame for 8 minutes

  • Step-3
    Step 3 Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, salt,
  • Step-4
    Step 4 Cook for 10 minutes on slow flame

    Step 5 Add black powder for the strong fragrance

    Step 6 It's ready to eat sprinkle with home made butter or coriander leaves P.S.: Can add lemon juice if not adding butter.
