Good Morning Healthy People, #CauliflowerAppamsorTots.. 1 head cauliflower Herbs n spices chilly Salt Cheese 2 eggs.. Green tomato salsa or chutney.. Chopped the cauliflower into chopper So you get fine crumbs texture alternatively you can use grater too.. Add salt leave it aside for half an hour.. If you are adding green herbs coriander, parsley, basil etc then add them while chopping cauliflower... Tranfer this too cloth n squeeze water.. Now add finely chopped chilly n dry 🌿 if any.. Now add grated cheese and mix with light hands.. Can add Paneer too.. Lastly add egg or besan or Maida or corn flour as a binding agent.. Method : Give desired shape.. Can cook in Appam Patra or bake at 170 degree for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.. Have served it with yummy green tomato salsa.. This can be a competition to any of our Indian street foods..
