How to make & Paneer Bhurji

Step-1

Heat Ghee in pan on sim,add green chilli and fry for couple seconds, add onion and fry untill they turn transparent. Add peas , jeera powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and stir well for 30 secs and cover the pan with a lid for a minute or so. add grated paneer and salt, stir well and close the lid. Let it cool for a couple minutes and turn off the stove. Don't take off the lid immediately.
