Step-1Mix whey with 50 ml milk.
For Gajar ka Halwa 💗
- Add 2 gm ghee in a pan
- add grated carrots and put lid and cook for 2-3 mins
- add elaichi powder and 50 ml milk , zero calorie sweetener and cook on low flame .
- once milk mixes well with carrots , add this to whey protein mixture.
- Garnish with your choice of nuts and put in freezer for sometime .
