Step-1Sprinkle some salt and pepper along with few drops of lemon juice.
Step-2Keep a pan on medium heat and brush it with drops of oil.
Step-3Once pan is hot, put fish fillet skin side down. And cook it for 3-5 minutes (depends upon thickness). Approximately 85% from skinny side.
Step-4Flip the fish and cook it for another minute and remove it from pan.
Step-5While fish is resting, add chopped garlic clove in same pan and sauté for a minute.
Step-6Add asparagus sauté it, add salt & pepper and cover the pan for 3-4 minutes.
Step-7Serve both with choice of salad. For me it is simple Kachumber Salad.
