Ingredients

  • listcheck1 scoop vanilla / chocolate whey protein
  • listcheck1 cup milk
  • listcheck2 roasted walnuts
  • listcheck5-6 soaked Almonds
  • listcheck1 small Apple
  • listcheck1tbp pumpkin seeds
  • listcheck1 tbp chia seeds
  • listcheck1tbp flaxseeds
  • listcheck2tbps Rolled oats
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat a pan and add 2tbps Rolled oats and dry roast for some time.
  • Step-2
    Take a blender and add all ingredients in it accepts all seeds.
  • Step-3
    Bled it well and pore into a glass and lastly add all seeds in this.
