Step-1Boil rice in separate pan
Put hot water in soya chunks and green peas and some salt and keep aside and prepare masala
Heat ghee in a pan and put cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste
Put onions green chilli and tomatoes and stir well
Add red chilli and tumeric powder and cook the onions and tomatoes well.
add soya chunks after removing the water from them and add garam masala and put lid on the pan
after 3-4 mins add salt and paneer cook for other 5 mins.
once cooked mix rice with the same.
Add mint leaves or powder at the end. I added mint leaves powder .
