How to make & Soya palak

Step-1

In a container boil some water, add a pinch of salt and soya chunks. Keep it aside for 10 mins. Now drain the water. Take a pan and add palak. Cook it for 2 mins without adding oil or water. Once palak get soft grind it to a paste along with green chillies and coriander leaves.

Step-2

In a pan add ghee, let it get hot than add bay leaf and jeera.

Step-3

Next add Besan and roast it. Than add tomato puree and jeera powder. Fry this masala well.

Step-4

Now add palak paste and salt. Cook it for 2 mins in medium flame and add soya chunks.

Step-5

Mix everything well and cook this in a medium flame for 2-3 mins. Now add garam masala powder and dried fenugreek leaves.

And it's done.

I had a cheese left in my macros so I added it on top but that's completely optional.
