Ingredients

  • listcheckChicken 200gm
  • listcheckCapsicum 40gm
  • listcheckGreen Chili 2
  • listcheckGinger 1 inch
  • listcheckGarlic 7
  • listcheckBlack Pepper Sauce 1tbsp or 15gm
  • listcheckOnions 100gm
  • listcheckMustard oil 9gm
  • listcheckSalt
  • listcheckBlack Pepper
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Marinate chicken cut in small pieces using salt, pepper and black pepper sauce.
  • Step-2
    Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Step-3
    Add onions and a pinch of salt, cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute. Until onions soften up (it will remain white, don't overcook).
  • Step-4
    Add Green chillies cut in large pieces, sliced capsicum, diced ginger, diced garlic n put lid to cook for another 1.5 mins.
  • Step-5
    Add marinated chicken, stir and put a lid to cook for another 17 mins. Do stir couple of times. If chicken is getting dry then add quarter a cup of water.
  • Step-6
    Serve with love n enjoy, best part it is not a cheat meal but tastes like one. To cook it in a more tastier way you need to add extra oil and black pepper sauce.
