Step-1Marinate chicken cut in small pieces using salt, pepper and black pepper sauce.
Step-2Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Step-3Add onions and a pinch of salt, cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute. Until onions soften up (it will remain white, don't overcook).
Step-4Add Green chillies cut in large pieces, sliced capsicum, diced ginger, diced garlic n put lid to cook for another 1.5 mins.
Step-5Add marinated chicken, stir and put a lid to cook for another 17 mins. Do stir couple of times. If chicken is getting dry then add quarter a cup of water.
Step-6Serve with love n enjoy, best part it is not a cheat meal but tastes like one.
To cook it in a more tastier way you need to add extra oil and black pepper sauce.
