Step-1cut tofu into small chunks and saute in 2.5 g butter
Step-2mix tofu, cut lettuce leaves, 10g mayo ,salt pepper in a bowl
Step-3take 2 whoke eggs and 2 egg whites ,add salt pepper ,turmeric, red chilli powder and beat well
Step-4make 2 thin omelettes with remaining 2.5 g butter on a nonstick pan
Step-5stuff the mixture in each of the omlette and make a wrap.
