Step-1Add water little at a time and knead the wheat flour into a stiff dough. Cover it with damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Step-2The next step is to prepare the filling for the Soy Samosa Recipe. Bring 2 cups of water to boil and add 1 teaspoon salt and soya granules into hot water. Let the soy chunks submerge fully and rest in hot water for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Step-3Once soaked and soft, drain the water and keep the soya chunks aside.

Step-10Take a portion of the samosa dough, join the edges to make a cone. Add a 1 or 2 tablespoons of the soya chunk samosa filling in the centre. Apply water on the edges to seal the samosa cone. Seal the edges tight and repeat the same process with the remaining dough and make the samosas.
Step-11Air fry it for 15-20 min until golden brown and serve with chutney or ketchup
