Chicken - breast cut into 3-4 pieces, dry spices, small 1/2 onion, 1/2 capsicum, oil for greasing. Recipe: Marinate chicken breast for 2-3 hours with dry spices. Microwave at full capacity for 12-15mins. Now place the cooked chicken on rack for grill along with onion and capsicum in stick. Grill for 3-5 mins each side. Done. Serve with mint chutney (optional).
