It is very simple dish. Since I have wheat flour ,milk and paneer / tofu in my diet chart. I decided to make something tasty , tangy and simple. So this can be enjoyed with family, and can be served to vegan friends too

Ingredients

  • listcheck25g Wheat flour
  • listcheck5g ghee
  • listcheck2Tbsp Mint puree
  • listcheck110g Tofu, cut into this slices
  • listcheck20 g Cabbage ,cut into small slices
  • listcheck20 g Capsicum ,cut into small pieces
  • listcheck20 Tomatoes in cubes
  • listcheck1/4 tsp salt
  • listcheck1/4 tsp pepper
  • listcheck1tsp Mint chutney
  • listcheck1 Tbsp coconut cream
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat pan and take 5g butter in it
  • Step-2
    Add tofu and stir fry till light pink on both sides
  • Step-3
    Add vegetables and stir fry them too
  • Step-4
    Add salt and pepper and stir for another 1 min
  • Step-5
    For Mint Tacos :
  • Step-6
    Take 25g wheat flour and add pinch of salt, green chilli and mint puree.
  • Step-7
    Mix little water if required and make a dough.
  • Step-8
    Use rolling pin and make small puri shaped roti and bake it on tava and apply 1g ghee on both sides till chrisp
  • Step-9
    Keep it on the plate
  • Step-10
    Place stir fried vegetables and tofu on half side of taco and add mint chutney on the top.
  • Step-11
    Then put tomato cubes and 1Tbsp of coconut cream. Cover with other half of taco
  • Step-12
    And Enjoy with cup of coffee🙂
