This is a low calorie option for evening hunger pangs , choti choti bhukh before dinner,hot creamy garlicky chicken soup can be very much satiating in winters ,if you have boiled chicken ready , it can be prepared in no time

Ingredients

  • listcheckCauliflower florets - 50 g
  • listcheckBreast boneless chicken -80 g ( marinated with ginger garlic paste & boiled )
  • listcheckGarlic pods chopped-2 pods
  • listcheckBlack Pepper powder
  • listcheckWheat flour-5 g
  • listcheckOliveOil/ butter-3 g
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1-In a nonstick pan heat oil/ butter
  • Step-2
    2-Add chopped garlic in the pan stir and add cauliflower florets ( garlic should remain white , do not burn till brown )
  • Step-3
    3-add salt and little Water
  • Step-4
    4-Cover with lid and cook till cauliflower florets are tender
  • Step-5
    5-Cool and remove caulifower , do not throw remaining water
  • Step-6
    6-Grind cauliflower florets in the mixer with 5 g flour to form a smooth creamy paste
  • Step-7
    7-Cook this paste on a slow flame in the same plan , add cauli water ( left after boiling cauli) Add additional water if too thick , cosistancy should be that of thick creamy soup
  • Step-8
    8-Add black pepper , boiled chicken and adjust salt , simmer
  • Step-9
    9- Garnish with spring onions & serve hot , enjoy!!!!!
