How to make & Boneless chicken egg bhurji

Step-1

Boil the chicken breast in pressure cooker 10-15 minutes before starting cooking

Step-2

Take a fry pan and add butter or oil

Step-3

Add green veggies, masala and fry for 5 mins

Step-4

Add Boiled chicken breast and fry for 5-6 minutes at mid steam

Step-5

Add whole eggs over and fry again for 5-6 minutes

Step-6

Keep the steam low for 1-2 minutes

Step-7

Once it’s done, garnish over with coriander

Step-8

Ready to serve
