This is a low calorie option for evening hunger pangs , choti choti bhukh before dinner,hot creamy garlicky soup can be so satiating in winters

Ingredients

  • listcheckRaw Cauliflower florets - 100 g
  • listcheckGarlic pods chopped-2 pods
  • listcheckItalian seasoning / Pepper powder
  • listcheckChilli flakes ( optional)
  • listcheckOliveOil-3 g
  • listcheckOnion rings -2-3
  • listcheckWheat flour-5 g
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1-In a nonstick pan heat 3g oil,fry onion rings till brown& crisp , keep aside
  • Step-2
    2-Add chopped garlic in the pan stir and add cauliflower florets ( garlic should remain white , do not burn till brown )
  • Step-3
    3-add salt and little. Water
  • Step-4
    4-Cover with lid and cook till cauli is little tender
  • Step-5
    5-Cool and remove caulifower
  • Step-6
    6-Grind in mixer with 5 g flour to form a smooth creamy paste
  • Step-7
    7-Cook this paste on a slow flame Add water if too thick , cosistancy should be that of thick creamy soup
  • Step-8
    8-Add black pepper and adjust salt
  • Step-9
    9- Garnish with burnt onion rings & serve hot , enjoy!!!!!
