Spinach Corn Sandwich is a perfect breakfast.This is also good way to complete your greens in diet and its cheesy flavor is make them more delicious.

Ingredients

  • listcheck2 Bread slices
  • listcheck1 cup spinach (chopped)
  • listcheck10 gm frozen corn
  • listcheck1 cheese slice
  • listcheck5 gm Butter
  • listchecksalt
  • listcheck1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • listcheck1/4 tsp Mix herbs
  • listcheck1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
  • listcheck5gm Myonnaise
  • listcheck1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • listcheck1tsp minced garlic
  • listcheck1 Medium onion(chopped)
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Heat 2ml butter in a pan add minced garlic saute for few seconds now mix onions and cook for 1-2 mins.
  • Step-2
    Also, add palak and saute for 2 minutes or until palak shrinks.now add corn and saute until corn is cooked well.
  • Step-3
    Further,add all dry spices alongwith Myonnaise saute and mix well.mixture is ready and keep aside.
  • Step-4
    Now take a slice of bread and spread red chilli sauce on one side of slice.
  • Step-5
    Spread prepared Palak corn mixture over slice of bread,further place a cheese slice and cover with other slice of bread.
  • Step-6
    Heat remaining butter on grilled pan and place the sandwich on pan.Grilled from both sides.
  • Step-7
    serve the spinach corn sandwich with sauce or Chutney.
