Step-1Mix 8 g of oil with maida. Make thick dough using cold water. Let it rest
Step-2In a pan, heat butter and fry onion until translucent
Step-3Add, 10 g maida to it and fry it for 60-90 sec. Add chicken stock to it and mix well. Ensure that there are no lumps in it and cook it for 1-2 min.
Step-4Add milk to it and cook again for 60-90 sec. add salt, pepper and oregano to it.
Step-5Add veggies and shredded chicken to it. Cook it for another 5-6 min. Adjust the thickness with the chicken stock and ensure that it is not very runny
Step-6Roll dough and place it in the mould.Put the above mix in it and cover it with another layer.
Step-7Bake it for 20-25 min at 180 in a preheated oven
