Down with flu and fever, made this spicy latte. Instant relief to sore throat, cold and cough

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoy milk powder - 15gm
  • listcheckwater - 200ml
  • listcheckTurmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • listcheckGinger powder - 0.5 tsp
  • listcheckCinnamon powder - 0.25 tsp
  • listcheckblack pepper powder - 0.25 tsp
  • listcheckZero calorie sweetener - as per taste
  • listcheckvanilla essence (optional) - 0.5 tsp
  • listcheckAlmonds - 10gm
  • Method

  • Step-1
    In a sauce pan, add water and soy milk powder and whisk it slowly. Boil it on low flame
  • Step-2
    Now, add all dry spices and sweetener and mix well or whisk it so that there are no lumps.
  • Step-3
    You can use milk frother to get foam if you want. Add chopped almonds if you want it crunchy. Enjoy hot !
