How to make & Protein Pizza
Base: Prepare the dough - In Soya flour add a little salt & soaked flaxseed using Luke warm water form soft dough. Roll it into desired shape. On a heated pan cook for 2 minutes from each side. Keep aside.
Sauce: -Grind Tomato & Garlic into paste. In a pan put half the butter. Add Tomato paste, salt, pizza seasoning, chili flakes & cook for 3-5 minutes. Keep aside
Toppings:- In the remaining Butter stirr all the veggies for 3-4 minutes so that they are mildly cooked. keep aside
Assembly: On the base spread the sauce. Top it with cheese & Vegetables. Sprinkle some more seasoning & Place it on the heated pan. Cover & cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
