How to make & Beetroot raita
Take a bowl and mix Amul dahi, black salt, chat masala, green chilli, black pepper properly and at last mix grated beetroot.
For tadka take a pan and add ghee then add mustard seeds , jeera , hing and curry leaves.
Now mix this tadka to dahi and beetroot mixture.
Your beetroot raita is ready to eat. serve this when it's lil cold.
