Soya has never been my favourite food... I keep trying different recipes to make soya interesting....soya biryani or soya manchurian is what I usually make to finish my protein macros but today for the first time I tried this healthy soya pakoda which has very few ingredients and easy to make and it does not even make you feel guilty because it's made in air fryer with not a single spoon of oil 😀😀😀

Ingredients

  • listcheckSoya - 45 gms
  • listcheckRice flour - 10 gms
  • listcheckGinger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • listcheckCurry levels -1 sprig
  • listcheckChopped corrinder
  • listcheckGreen chilli chopped - 1 tsp
  • listcheckGaram masala -1/2 tsp
  • listcheckRed chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • listcheckSalt
  • Method

  • Step-1
    Boil soya chunks in hot water for 5 min
  • Step-2
    Keep the chunks soaked for another 10 min
  • Step-3
    Drain the water and squeeze the soya chucks until the soya is completely dry
  • Step-4
    In a grinder add soya and all the ingredients
  • Step-5
    Transfer in a bowl and make small balls
  • Step-6
    Place them in the air fryer for 15 - 20 in until crispy
  • Step-7
    Server with yogurt or chutney
