Ingredients

  • listcheck20gm soya chunks
  • listcheck15gm oats
  • listcheckchocolate flavored whey protein powder (0.5 scoop)
  • listcheckmilk 20ml
  • listcheckghee 2 gm
  • listcheckStevia if required according to taste
  • Method

  • Step-1
    grind soya chunks and oats into fine powder..
  • Step-2
    In a heated heavy bottom pan add ghee and roast the soya chunks and oats powder for 1-2 minutes
  • Step-3
    once done allow it to cool down completely and add whey protein powder into it and mix well....
  • Step-4
    Add milk , Stevia and bind it .... finally give it the shape you like and can also make it as laddoos....
  • Step-5
    Protein packed soya Little hearts are ready...
  • Step-6
    optional - can add nuts as well if it fits in your macros...
