Step-1In a bowl, finely chop onion, tomatoes, capsicum and coriander and keep aside.
Step-2Add Lemon juice, red chillies powder, roasted cumin powder, chat masala powder, green chillies and salt to the chopped veggies.
Step-3Now take a non stick pan and add 4ml Olive oil to it. While on low flame add Soya Granules and roast till it turns a little golden. Switch off the gas and let it cool completely.
Step-4Keeping a little salad aside for garnishing, add the roasted Soya Granules to the veggies and toss nicely.
Step-5Serve immediately with Garnish.
