How to make & Soya Bhel
In a bowl, finely chop onion, tomatoes, capsicum and coriander and keep aside.
Add Lemon juice, red chillies powder, roasted cumin powder, chat masala powder, green chillies and salt to the chopped veggies.
Now take a non stick pan and add 4ml Olive oil to it. While on low flame add Soya Granules and roast till it turns a little golden. Switch off the gas and let it cool completely.
Keeping a little salad aside for garnishing, add the roasted Soya Granules to the veggies and toss nicely.
Serve immediately with Garnish.
