How to make & Overloaded Appam

Step-1

Separate egg whites in a bowl

Step-2

Add veggies of your choice, cheese slice, salt & pepper and beat properly.

Step-3

Heat appam pan in slow pan

Step-4

Grease it with ghee

Step-5

Pour the mixture in appam pan

Step-6

After one minute flip off the egg apple with a knife

Step-7

Again grease the top and flip off

Step-8

Cook until it’s done

Step-9

It will be ready in 2-3 minutes

Step-10

Serve hot with ketchup
