Ingredients

  • listcheckPaneer 100 gm, Rice 70gm, 5 gm ghee ,curry leaves , green chillies, turmeric and chilly powder
  • listchecksalt, aamchur powder
  • Method

  • Step-1
    1) Make a dough of rice flour by adding a spoon of salt, warm water and grated Paneer to it
  • Step-2
    2) take one pan half filled water in it , boiled it 3) handroll the dough to give desired shape (fara)and put in the boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Step-3
    4) meanwhile prepare tadaka in Pan with 5 gm ghee add mustard seeds ,cumin seed, chopped green chillies ,turmeric powder n chilly powder
  • Step-4
    5) Add Fara to this tadaka stir it add Aamchur Powder in last for tangy taste and pinch of salt
